Fragrance Oil Diffusers
The oils that produce the fragrance are the essential oils. All of them are volatile and therefore they produce the fragrance when they evaporate and spread in the air. This is the process of diffusion. We use different types of products for the spreading of the fragrance in the air. Thought they diffuse in the air through the natural process and many types of diffusers are available in these days in the market.
These provide a smooth and regular diffusion of the fragrance oils in the atmosphere.
The characteristics of the diffusers
The diffusers should diffuse the oils regularly and in the necessary amount. They can work on through heating the oil or blowing air for evaporating them. The diffusers should not do any damage to the fragrance oils.
Types of diffusers
You can make use of the simple things in the house for the diffusing the oils. One of the simple tissue paper on which when you place some oil and keep it diffuses the oil slowly in the air. The other ones are a cup of warm water or a candle etc. these provide the heat to the oils when you put the oil in them. However, these are simple and cheap they are not very efficient. The tissue paper does not diffuse the oil in the necessary amount. While the candles and the hot water bowls work for a limited time only.
Among the artificial things, various efficient diffusers are available in the market in all the shapes sizes and prices. There are lamp rings that have rings on which you put the oils and then keep them on the hot lamp. Then there are the clay pots. In this, you should place the oil and then it slowly permeates through it and diffuses in the air. Then also, candles are available for specially diffusing the fragrant oils. The fan diffusers have tray in which you can place the oil and then the fan blows air through the oil and this evaporates the oil. The electric diffusers are one of the advanced ones. They act as both the heating and blowing the oils.
However, the most efficient commercial products are the Nebulizers. This separates the oil in small drops and then spreads them into atmosphere through the pumping action.
